Child House Implementation Lead 2018
- Successfully set up the first ever UK Child House, creating a strong partnership of eight agencies working together to deliver a life changing service for children
- Established the Lighthouse ways of working from scratch including the clinical pathway and systems for evaluation, integrated record system, interagency working, CYP engagement, communication and training
- Influenced the criminal justice system to optimise the experience and outcomes of CYP including a live link room, psychology led ABE interviews, minimising delays, advocacy support throughout the journey
- As a result, the Lighthouse is now seeing a seamless multi-agency approach which is delivering holistic support for children and families, an improved experience and mental health outcomes, as well as impacting on the criminal justice pathway.

Review of child sexual abuse (CSA) pathway in London in conjunction with clinical experts from the Havens (sexual assault referral centre), recommending the development of a children and young people’s Haven and five Child Houses in London
Pan-London multi-agency leadership to implement the review recommendations – including health, social care, police, third sector and judiciary
